We landed in Melbourne, Saturday, March 21, a day I will never forget. We met up with Dot and Alan, our friends from Vietnam, and drove downtown to our hotel, only a block away from The Regent Theatre, where we were thrilled that night by an Australian cast performing the musical, "Wicked". I have wanted to see this show since my brother John introduced me to the CD several years ago and I'm still spinning from the incredible performance. I wanted to see it again as soon as it was over. What a way to start our trip!!!
